You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered—we do not accept returns for reasons like “no longer needed” or changes of mind.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including being in its original packaging. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Return Options and Shipping

If your return is approved, you can choose:
  • A replacement: We’ll send a new, identical item at no additional cost, and we’ll cover the shipping fee for the replacement.
  • A refund: We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.
Note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping in both cases. For replacements, we cover the shipping cost for sending the new item to you.

International Considerations

Please be aware that this return policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States. We do not accept returns from international addresses, so international customers should consider this carefully before purchasing.
